Wow oh wow it is good to be home!!
I may not be on some sunny beach or in some big city, but I have realized that it doesn't really matter where you are as long as you are with people you love and lucky for me my family wanted to spend spring break with me!!
Yesterday was spent watching Ricebird baseball since my brother is now on the team and then today after church my Mom and I binge watched Fuller House. I must say the show is unreal to me. I can think back to growing up watching reruns of Full House. How great that after all these years they were able to bring it back. I love how close the cast was and still is. It does take some getting used to, but I highly recommend you watch it when you get the time.
My Dad made us a great dinner on the grill and we sat outside as the sun set. We had a dinner just the 4 of us which rarely happens and then my Dad and I watched a movie. I keep forgetting it isn't a break for everyone else. And on top of it all I am getting lots of good rest in my own bed!!! This is what every Sunday should be like!
I hope you all had a fun, relaxing, restful weekend with lots to be thankful for. Take time to thank God before another week starts.
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way.
