Tonight we had Beta/Chi-O Christmas which was so fun because I felt like I had all of my favorite people in the same place at the same time... It was great! The theme was obviously Christmas so I had to go all out. I went to target on Monday and randomly, in the dog section, found this Christmas tree hat. I mean the thing could have honestly been life size! It was way obnoxious, but I had to get it! I got it and wore it proudly tonight. I love it, but I have learned that I don't really look all that great as a tree so thank goodness God made me a human LOL. I am so thankful that my friend Michelle was able to dress up and go with me tonight! You were such a great date and I love all the fun and laughs we have together. Thank you for coming! Tonight's post is kind of short because it is basically the same as last nights, but I am just so thankful for the good times in life that make it so worthwhile... If that makes since. I am always amazed at the blessing from God. He blessed me with that ridiculous hat that I found in the dog section randomly. He has blessed me with great friends. He has blessed us all with the gift of Christmas!!! AHHHHH I LOVE IT AND ITS MEANING! I am headed to bed with so much thankfulness in my head. Who knew a ridiculous Christmas tree hat could make me realize all of this? What a great night it was! Be thankful for the blessings of the Christmas season. It only comes once a year so I encourage you to take time to give thanks for the many blessings during this years season... There are many, trust me!
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way.
