Coming to you live from Little Rock National Airport where just 10 days ago I arrived back in Arkansas for Spring break, where just 5 days ago I was back to fly to NYC, where 2 days ago I arrived again to head home and where I am now waiting to board my flight back to Dallas Love... Back to TCU. Time really does "fly" when you are having fun! What a great spring break it was. It was the perfect balance. 6 days home, and 4 days in NYC. I couldn't have asked for anything better. As I sit here, I am currently watching a couple of girls, probably 7 to 8 years old, heely around the gate.
Sidenote: Heely's are the shoes with the wheels on one end that you can basically skate around on. I had some when I was their age and man those were the days. If I could go back, I would without even looking back!
It is hard to believe that I go back for a little over 2 weeks and then I will be home for a long weekend to celebrate easter.
I will then be back in this airport to head back to TCU, yet again and I will have about a month until summer. That will be the end of freshman year and that blows my mind.
One minute I am ready for summer and then then the next I am wishing time would slow down. Funny, huh?
I would really appreciate prayers because I have a test tomorrow and a test on Wednesday. These were supposed to be before break, but because of the snow days they were pushed back, which has been very inconvenient because I have not had a whole lot of time to study. A little stressful I would say. I am just going to have to cram a little and pray that God gives me encouragement and wisdom. So feel free to pray also!
These next two weeks will be buys, but full of fun. For those of you who have not had spring break yet, enjoy every moment and remember to be thankful. If not, still be thankful because life is to great and God loves us to much to be anything other than that. Back at TCU and ready to tackle this second semester. Love you all a lot!
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way.
