I am a person that values many things in life, one of those things being my calendar/planner. Swear to you I would not be functioning if it weren't for that thing. I found mine randomly online last summer and I am very proud of that (lol). Some of my friends search and search for the right planner when I just happened to stumble upon it one day. One of my FAVORITE things about this planner is the goals pages. Before every month there is a long lined page titled "Goals for this Month" then you turn the page to the new month. This page sums up my life. I am a very goal oriented person and the fact that I can set goals for each individual month makes me a happy person. It is so cool to write them at the beginning of the month and then look back at the end and see:
1. What you have accomplished
2. What you still need to work on AKA add to next month's goals
3. What changed/is no longer a goal because of the way something may or may not have worked out
I really like it because it gives me a great opportunity to see how God is working in my life and how His plan went for me in that certain month. I really am in love with that! So yesterdayI looked back at January and made 20 new goals for this next month. I also realized that I have had a goal since August that has been moved from month to month and then yesterday it was no longer being moved over because I ACCOMPLISHED IT.
Best. Feeling. Ever.
I encourage you to make goals for yourself monthly because it is really a cool thing to see how life works. God is good, people. Here's to a new month with new goals with lots to be thankful for.
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way.
