Praise the Lord that my one class today was cancelled, meaning I had no class today. It really is such a great feeling! I was pretty happy with this because there were things that I needed so badly to get done and the Lord provided! Of course, my to-do list is forever long and I didn't accomplish everything, but I guess that is why I will live to see another day! Today was filled with lots of events like homework, sushi, a movie, sweet sammies, hanging with friends, and watching a little TV, but at the same time I had nothing to really do which was nice because that meant there was nothing to stress about. With the long weekend coming, today was a nice day. Days like that make you super thankful because it is really not fun to always have things to do. I mean for some people, I can see where that would be enjoyable, but there are times where I like to really enjoy life. One of my goals for this semester is to live in the moment so I am very thankful God gave me this day to start that goal off right! Another short post, but it is plain, simple, and to the point. May you all have a wonderful weekend and may you all remember the importance of being thankful!
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way.
