Sometimes on a Saturday in a small town, you attend two dance recitals in one day. The talent that can come from one little town is truly incredible. Huge thanks to Center Stage Dance and Studio Allegro for keeping me entertained yesterday.
The first recital was at 10 a.m. This was a little early for me, but I would do just about anything for Madison Homra, including attending an early dance recital. I have always been amazed by your talent, Mad. You were a beautiful Jasmine and your light made your family and friends proud. Congrats on a beautiful performance!
The second recital I attended to support my friends and the seniors, but also because this time last year I was on stage as a "ballet boy". Again showing me how quickly a year can pass. That recital was also great. I enjoyed watching all these girls I once thought of as "little kids" dance their hearts out. I also enjoyed seeing the seniors and knowing how they felt in that moment. It is crazy how time flies when you are having fun. Am I right?
I was glad to be back for this exciting time in my small town. Speaking of exciting, this week is sure be full of fun things. Stay tuned and stay thankful!
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way. A student at Texas Christian University who loves any creative insta post, all donuts, and dress pants that make you do a double take. I pray God has a grand purpose for me and I plan to get there with a little Southern and a lot of Thanks! Join me!
