Hi. Happy Friday the 13th! I hope you are having a great day... I mean if you are superstitious then maybe today isn't the best, but you can still be thankful, friends!
Today I have a couple of things to be thankful for so I am doing one short post now and another short post tonight. Exciting huh?
Last night I was invited to Chi O crush. This is kind of a different event. Apparently, the girls get to invite two people who they are "crushing", but they don't have to tell you. Most people do tell, but some don't want to say. This means that you don't know who invited you. Kind of different, but such a cool idea. Obviously valentines day is tomorrow so it was a fun way to kick off the Holiday that most people dread. I am not 100% on who invited me, but whoever you are thank you because I had a great time. I have an idea, but like I said, I am not positive. I don't really care though, that just makes it more fun! It was at a very cool place and it is always good to have fun with friends.
I wore a bowtie and red pants because I mean
1. Everyone loves a bowtie
2. Red pants cause valentines day... duh
I am not really sure what else I have to say about the event, but I am thankful for such sweet girls and friends that put on such a fun night! There are so great girls in that sorority and I am thankful to call them my friends. Thanks for a great night!
Be thankful for the invitations you receive and the fun times you have in life. Everyone loves to feel included and everyone loves a fun time. I bet you never think to be thankful for an invitation to something. You might be Mr. Popular and get invited to everything, which is great, but you still should be thankful. Some people don't and wish they could. It is important to be thankful for things big and small. So this morning I am thankful for Chi O Crush and what fun it was. Have a great day everyone!
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way. I pray God has a grand purpose for me and I plan to get there with a little Southern and a lot of Thanks! Join me!
