"Happy Cade Bethea Day!" "I know you are loving today!" "Mr. Thankful." These are just a few of the kind comments that I heard today that made my day! I am thankful people realized how passionate I am about being thankful. Today, as I thought about ALL the things there is to be thankful for, I had a realization. God has and will always provide us with everything we need and If we do not have it, that doesn't mean we won't get it or it won't happen for us, it just means that at that moment we don't truly need it. That is something that I am glad I realized because it really puts things in prospective for me. Today I had so many blessings and those blessings are all that I need. I am not going to list what all I am thankful for because that is something that everyone else is doing... I have 365 days to share thanks, though I do encourage you to share throughout the year, besides waiting till thanksgiving, but that is just my opinion. I have loved seeing what everyone is thankful for and I love seeing how awesome God is. Today I watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, spent much needed time with my family, ate some great food, took a nap, black friday shopped, watched TCU BEAT UT, and spent some time with the christmas tree and my TV recordings. There is nothing else to be thankful for. I heard some of the kindest things and saw where I am making a difference in people's lives, which is my goal. Today was a good day and it was what I needed. Sometimes we get so busy and we don't really think about it, but we ALWAYS come back to what we need. I am thankful for God and that we gives me everything I need. I hope you all had a great thanksgiving and I hope you took time to be thankful to those around you and to the big man upstairs. As we go into the Holiday season, I can't wait to see what God has in store for me and all of you. He will give us everything we need. Remember that... it is very comforting and it is very true. Happy Thanksgiving... Here's to many years and being thankful and full of love, family, friends, and turkey!
