Thursday is slowly becoming my favorite day of the week. I have always loved Thursday because it is the day where I really try and reflect #thankfulthursday. But I am also loving it because I do not have classes on friday, so my weekend basically starts now! Even though my Fridays will be spent doing all sorts of school work, I just really like Thursdays! Today was a really good day for me. For those of you have been praying for me, I made a B on my test today, which was literally an answered prayer. I also got to do some community service hours, attend a philanthropy event, watch my friend in her choir concert, attend a multicultural event, and spend time with some friends. It has been an all around good day! I have lots to do tomorrow, but I am happy that I am feeling a little better after this stressful week. I still have some things going on, but tomorrow will be a nice day that I hope will make a big difference in how next week goes. I am so amazed with God's plan and how he works everything out. There are some things that I am worried about, but I know that with prayer, scripture, and faith he will continue to guide me. I really really needed today and I am so so thankful for it. I am actually pretty tired because I didn't sleep to well last night, so I hope for a good nights sleep tonight and a productive day tomorrow. I will also continue to pray for those of you out there who are struggling and have a certain something on your heart. God will take care of you, I promise!
Don't you just love a good day? It is something that is so easy to be thankful for! Don't forget that! Ending this Thursday full of thanks!
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way.
