So funny story! Last night I thought I would get in bed and write because it would be warm and I could just type from my phone and all would be good... Man that was a lie! It was already pretty late and I had to get up pretty early and man was I struggling. If you noticed the many mistakes I fully apologize because that is embaressing. I let my sleepiness get the better of me and I feel so bad!
Moving on, today was a wonderful day full of errands, great talks, laughs, a TSA pre check, good food, and a movie all in this frigged cold weather, in Little Rock with my parents! This occasion was rare consider how busy we all are, but I am so thankful our schedules were one! We did, of course, miss mills, but for me it was nice to have a day with just my parents! Our car was loaded down, we spent a good while at Starbucks which is always great, and Mom and I even saw a movie!
If you were wondering, we saw Into the Woods and it was pretty good!! I was interested in seeing it because this past semester we learned about the musical version of this and my teacher really encouraged us to see the movie. Of course, there was lots of singing so keep that in mind, but it really has a great cast and there was one thing that really stood out to me and my mom. Movies these days have sexual content, cussing, or they have both. It was so refreshing to see a movie with NEITHER. This movie was family friendly and the story of the how the different fairy tells became one was very well written! If you are wanting this refreshment, make time to see Into the Woods!
Today, was all around a refresher! I so enjoyed it and I already look forward to the next time I will get time like today with my parents... So precious!
Off to bed because tomorrow is sure to be a great, busy day! Remember to enjoy the refreshments in life and to always be thankful for the lovely things they bring!
Southern and Thankful
Blessed is an understatement when it comes to my life. Each and every day I am amazed by God's steadfast love. In return, I have claimed this space to show my thanks and whatever else comes along the way.
